We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. After this time, unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange the item.

To be returned, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with its order number. Accessories may be exchanged if they are unused, in their original packaging, and with their tags attached.

Contact our customer service at contact@aeteofficiel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.

Then send your package to the address provided, making sure to protect the item well. Once received and validated, we will process a refund using the original payment method within 14 business days or exchange it. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the refund is processed.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), in which case we will cover the costs.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will process the return and offer an exchange or a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the defect is due to misuse of the product.
